Towne Link Terms & Conditions

• My use of the Towne Link is not required by the Company and I chose to take advantage of the app. I understand that all of the information available in Towne Link is available to me by other means, including asking my manager to provide such information. I am not required to download or use the app.

• I understand and agree that non-exempt (hourly-paid) employees may only use the Towne Link app during compensable working hours. Non-exempt employees should not use the app when they are off the clock, on a meal or rest break or at home except for the chat function if so choose, other policies still applicable.

• I understand that Towne Link app is available using free WiFi at my worksite and I am not required to use cellular data to access the app.

• I have read and agree to all of the additional terms and conditions contained in the Company’s POLICY RELATING TO THE TOWNE LINK APPLICATION which is available on Workday. If I have any questions or concerns relating to the app, I will contact Human Resources.
