The app won’t download to my device

Make sure you have enough space on your device to install the app. Check your settings and, if necessary, consider removing any old files or apps you no longer use. For additional assistance, we recommend referring to iPhone or Android tools and resources.

I’ve downloaded the app to my Apple device, but I can’t open it

Apple users must complete the following steps after Towne Link has downloaded: From your iOS device, navigate to Settings and tap General > Profiles & Device Management, Tap “Towne Link App Developer” and tap Trust

The app is taking a long time to download

We’d recommend connecting to a trusted WiFi source for better download speeds.

 

What is my login?

Associates should use their current associate number and password combination to log in to Towne Link. This is the same profile information you currently use for other Towne Park websites and applications, such as Workday.
